Drop in dollar screwing us

I wonder how the drop in the dollar to .90c US yesterday will negatively effect the salary cap.

NHL revenues were high when the dollar was equal because our seven teams earn about as much as all of the other teams combined.

It is eating into Geoff's profit and that will mean Bergevin will be an even bigger tightwad re Subban.
 
well for sure that means we'll have fune trying to sign FA this summer. Not that any good one wanted to sign here anyway...
 
it will affect it big time if 1/3 of all revenues come from Canada converted to US

oh well escrow goes up and now it must be tough to make due with 2,897,989 instead of 3,200,000 one less bottle of $ 1500 wine
 
some analysts have it going down as low as .83 cents.

I was thinking UK for a holiday but now it is up to 1,85 per pound (granted I paid 2.5 back in 2002). Euro is 1.55 now :(
