Underscoring the relative importance of this tournament, we missed the entry of all but the 7 Premier League teams playing in Europe. That includes West Ham who have already been eliminated from the Europa League.

The Final has been set.

Liverpool advance 6-5 on penalties. They won at Stoke 1-0 but Stoke got a goal at Anfield to tie the aggregate.

Man City advance 4-3 on aggregate. Everton won at Goodison, 2-1 and led today 1-0 but goals by Fernandinho, DeBruyne (who left with a knee injury in the 90th minute) and Aguero turned it around and ruined the potential Merseyside Derby final.
