You guys are like Pavlov’s dog, mention a specific name and the record starts to play. I know all your arguments, and don’t even disagree with it, I just wanted to appreciate the player without having to hear all the greatest hits.

I didn't like Lehkonen when he was here but he did have an ability to score series winning goals
 
Regarding Hellebuyck, I can't say I see him play a lot during the regular season, with the time difference from down east and all. So is he really that good, or is he a figment of imagination, generated by those who don't really watch hockey, just highlights? Because when I have seen him play, usually playoffs, he has never been impressive.

Of course I'm the guy who always thought Price and Brodeur were unimpressive in the playoffs. I'm not a goalie guy, generally. Comes from playing forward. Vasilevsky and Bobrovsky last night however.....that was impressive.
 
CanuckFan is clutching his pearls today as he is having PTSD over the puss 40 missing open nets and being ground into a 4-1 loss. They should still beat Nashville but not sure they can beat either the Kings or McNopersonality's team in the next round.
 
The Kings are playing Cam Talbot in goal. Talbot vs DeSmith is a fair fight between two palookas. So the Canucks might be able to beat them. But they won't get the chance to find out because LA is going to get dummied by the Oilers. Danault is no match for McDavid.

If the Canucks somehow don't get bounced by Nashville the Oilers will annihilate them unless Demko recovers in time. Casey DafuqSmith is not going to beat Edmonton.
