Habs acquire Jonathan Drouin

I think that's a steal for you guys, personally.

Drouin's a 22 year-old top-6 forward that's already demonstrated flashes of star-level talent at the NHL level.

Sergachev, while a nice prospect, didn't exactly blow the doors off in his post-draft season.
 
Sergachev will be a good dman in this league. But at least it's not for a washed up Gomez like last time.
 
I like Drouin, although I'm still not sold on him, but I really liked Ship. We went from a very bad farm to easily the worst now.
 
I like that they did not have to give up Chucky to get him. So is Chucky still moved or will he be Drouin's new linemate?
 
Wow, didn't expect to deal Sergachev. But if we are going to deal him, may as well be for a young guy who can already handle a top-6 role.
 
Well now we can't say MB has never done anything to adsress his top 6 core. Plus he got a potential French Canadian star, the first since Damphousse/Turgeon. I hope Drouin is ready for it.
