Yeah, he was. That HR off Loup was 295 ft oppo field off the foul pole....not a lot you can do about that.

Not at all; starting pitching and bullpen are the issues; though it is very early still

Donaldson and Travis have been a treat. Any chance they give Delabar a shot in the pen?

I'm sure it wouldn't take much to call up Delabar. If there's an injury, he's probably first in line. Otherwise, they'd have to decide to demote/release somebody first. Looks like he's doing well in AAA, 6.1 IP so far with a 1.42 ERA and 0.789 whip. Small sample size, obviously, but still encouraging.

It's been a super small sample size but Anthony Alford has looked terrific in his time in Lansing so far, he's still only 20. If he could put things together he could be a serious stud prospect.

@Ken_Rosenthal: #Pirates, post-Martin, have allowed MLB-high 26 SBs. Rank 18th in CS percentage; 7th last season. Also last in walk rate; 6th last season.
