I bet Holl's possession numbers are good. He is a great skater and moves the puck well. He's basically AHL Gardiner.

He had a 5.17 GF%rel this year, which was 2nd on Marlies defense being Brennan.

Seems to be saying he's signed an AHL contract with the Marlies. It does make sense---he was at our rookie camp and training camp this year playing for a contract, but ended up getting injured. By the time he recovered, he just went back for his overage season in the Q.

Apparently Jeremy Bracco has put on 15 lbs since being knocked out of the playoffs with proper diet, nutrition and regular workouts.

Another honour for Mitch today---he was named to the OHL's 1st all-star team.

Travis Dermott was named a 2nd team OHL all-star on defense as well.

The entire line of Marner, Dvorak and Tkachuk were first line all-stars together. 5th time in CHL history this has happened.

Also for what it's worth, Strome was on the 3rd all-star team. Got beat out for the 2nd by Mike Amadio ?

Just noticed that Lake Erie swept the bears in the Calder Cup final.

Makes Marlies' disappointing finish even more disappointing

Some competent goaltending and they would have won. They didn't play to their full potential some nights but bibeau was a sieve

Yea goaltending will have to be addressed by Shanny and co. Bibeau and Sparks did not get the job done, not even close

Would love it if Greenway ends up having even ok nhl head and hands. He can skate, would already be one of our biggest players, and is physical. If the leafs were right in betting he's got a toolbox that's a rare player
