Julio was part of the Cam Newton draft of rookies so any of those rookies will lose there rookie status at the time of the 2013 free agent draft as it has been 2 seasons. They will have to be selected as one of teams selected keeper going into next season. Only guys that get a 3rd year are the ones that did not hit the max games played which I will be updating in the next couple weeks.
