Incredible what fast paced open ice & non-tight checking hockey does to the Habs midget cast, just sayin....

This was a fun game but I wish more goals were scored by both teams.
You dont want to trade goals with the Hawks.

Fine effort. Great goaltending. A lot of lesser players had good games. Plekanec took over the game on a couple of occasions including the end and was just outstanding all night-maybe he has Olympic fever.. I though our lack of finish might cause us to lose in the end, but all ends well.
Plekanec, though....I appreciate him more every year.

Everyone and their mother knew the Habs matched up well against the Hawks. When it comes to pure skill, we are an elite team.

Now if the Habs can only play the same style every game, then they may have the results of the Hawks - 3-elite forwards wouldn't hurt either!
