Rule Change Discussion for Next Season

I would like to propose a scoring change for next season. I never liked the +/- stat (before anyone quips I currently hold 8.5 out of 12 points in +/-).

I would like to discuss removing it and implementing it with something else. Possibly faceoff percentage, blocked shots, something that will require more forethought.

Anyone game?

I've been trying to get rid of +/- for years. To be honest though, I'm not sure it even needs to be replaced. We already added hits and shots which imo are the only 2 non traditional stats that are worth having.

But yes, please lets get rid of +/-, it's a horrible, useless stat.
