Prize Payouts

Okay so there are 14 teams at $40 each. That's $560 minus $80 for league fees. That's a $480 prize pool.

My suggestion is....

$180 for the Presidents Trophy (best record in the regular season)
$180 for the Stanley Cup (playoffs winner)
$80 for Stanley Cup runner up
$40 for the winner on the 3rd place playoff match

Thoughts?

I like the idea that a team can win $360 if they are the best team.

Bonus... it's actually better than I posted. My math not so gud. There's actually $480 for the prize pool. I'll edit accordingly.

I pitched in $10 towards Habsy's payment.

Not that it's a lot but I figured as a little thank you for all he does for us here maybe between us we could cover his fee for this year.

I know... I just feel that since you've refused to take donations for running this place it would be a nice gesture to throw in 10 bucks. Of course it's not even a drop in the bucket.

It's quite easy to pay part or all of someone else's fees on Fantrax. Just type in how much you want to pay next to their name on the Treasurer page and it deducts it from their balance.
