Heck, he didn't even have the cash to make a decent loan deal happen. Garde indicated as much in a bitter presser at the close of the window. Randy Lerner is an absolute disgrace to American interest in the Prem and has single-handedly ruined a proud and decent club. The man is a joke as a sports owner and couldn't even figure out how to make money in the NFL ... where they basically print money. The fans will be coming at him with pitchforks this spring ... as well they should.
