The Good The Bad & The Ugly - Game #8 - Tampa Bay @ Montreal

Tampa was rested.....we played back-to-back games....

We outplayed them most of the game....as usual, Tampa scores on their limited chances.

We deserved the win !!!!
 
They outshot us pretty well in the last two periods, 27-17. Key saves from Pricer.
 
We also beat the smartest coach in the history of hockey according to HNIC and the rest of the media.
 
As i said center positing situation is worrying me at long term:
1) Not yet conceived if Chukcy is better C or Winger
2)Pleks slowing down & playing as 3rd line

Both scenarios mean we need to find another top 2 center, unless this organization plan is to resign DD again.

TB is like a modern day NJ devils which is sad considering the talent they have

We need a top two center badly.

There's no way you can do damage in the Playoffs with Pleks and DD

Hopefully, prospects like Nikita, McCarron , etc will play well enough this year to have deadline value.

I think McCarron can have value as he has already has had an impact n the AHL

Sherbak is useless...i don't have much faith he'll turn into something
 
I have more faith in Sherbak than McCarron....

Sherbak has been dealing with injuries...slowed down his development
