Gameday Thread: Let's Get the Wild Party Started Again.

OK, this Minnesota Wild section hasn't had any activity for over 2 years and I know there has been a lot of things that of happened in 2 years years. So I am going to start it off with a Gameday Thread with begins with tonight's contest against the Edmonton Oilers and Connor McDavid. The Minnesota Wild's Stellar D is going to have to be ready for the likes of McDavid, Draiseitl, Eberle, Lucic, Puljujarvi, and Nugent Hopkins. Dubs will also have to be great in the nets.

I am hoping for a big game from Zach Parise tonight to get the offense rolling.

Prediction: Wild 3 Oilers: 2

That's what I like to see. Charlie Coyle lights the lamp to knot the game up at 1 a piece.

Wild will head into the 3rd Period all squared up at 1 a piece. I am getting tired of these nail biter games. I hope this one doesn't go into a shootout.

What's new, the Wild game is going into OT.

Koivu scores in OT giving the Wild a big 2-1 victory over the Oilers.

Koivu was 21-2 in the faceoff circle too. Insane.
