actually Carson became a 5 star General in his field. He's no Sad Sack private by any means.

Of course, I hope your optimism is rewarded. I don't see it. All I see is a vain, populist demagogue whose entire life's work consists of gaming the system for himself and nobody else.

His appointments thus far did the opposite of draining the swamp. Recycled, known commodities. Nobody surprising, promising or imaginative.
