The guy would at least have 5 more minutes per game with Habs, which functional brain would play Benn, Schelmko or Alzner a head of this guy, specially on PP? He would get plenty minutes on PP. Stop the typical excuses.

Don't look at Mete case, Mete is not Sergachev.

And you think the management would know better not to trade a blue chip prospect who has both size and skill. Habs have had little luck drafting players with both assets and then they just go and give it away...

WTF are the Sens doing with Karlsson ?

When healthy, he might be the 2nd best player in the world behind McDavid....maybe 3rd behind McDavid/Crosby

Just extend him already.....he deserves every penny....EVERY PENNY......

We just gave 10.5M to a goalie......Karlsson should get almost what McDavid got....maybe 11.5-12M

He'll take his talents to the team that'll pay him his worth.....and Sens can be that team....just pay him....

Again, if you can't afford to pay him, sell the team to an owner capable of dishing the cash

Price didn't take a discount.....McDavid took maybe 500k off.....but he's still so young (unlike Price-Karlsson)

Karl isn't stupid. He know that without a discount OTT would move him. See the Turris trade. The guy is sick of being nickel and dimed by his scumbag owner.

he was never nickel and dimed.....he got 6M for 6 years after his breakout season...back then, 6M was big for a player still pretty young

The team he plays for gets nickel and dimed. You think its a coincidence all this comes on the heels of acquiring Duchene for Turris AND...? Or losing his buddy Methot?
