They signed their deals 6 years ago... a way higher cap percentage than Price's deal. And Price wasn't paid that high for the past 8 years. And there's only one of him. The Pens have 2 generational players plus a great supporting cast in Letang, Kessel, MAF then real nice players like Shearly, Guentzel, Bonino, Kunitz, Schultz all chipping in.
But yeah, lets blame Price for not carrying the team on his back.

I'll give u Thomas, but he had Bergeron, Krejci, Kelly as top 3Cs , Habs don't have one C in Bergeron/Krejci caliber.
May want to look at that Kings roster in front of Quick - don't see Kopitar, Carter, Doughty...

Ur missing the entire point, all of these Cup teams had Cs who could produce offense up front, Price has no C on Habs capable of doing so. U can't win a 0-0 game, Price can't score, or does he suck for that too?
