I know it wont happen, it doesn't mean that is shouldn't happen.

You simply get the same situation Julien had in boston, new GM, him with one foot out of the door from the get go. Eventually, when the new GM feels that the coach is on thin ice, he fires the coach and hires his own man anyways.

Just skip the drama and dysfunction, fire MB and Julien as a package deal and have the new GM hire HIS guy.
