Unless they are crazy good, I find it odd that Glass was cut.

Meh ...every year Cherry rants and raves about creative players who are left off the roster. It doesnt matter who's the coach, they all think the players need to play within a system. I think the only exception was Pat Quinn, he just put the most talented team on the ice and let them play.
 
Hockey Canada has the same dinosaur mentality as the Habs. They think they're so smart and that they win because of their system when in fact they're so talented that they sometimes win despite their system. Habs don't have the talent to compensate for their stupid mentality.
 
Hockey Canada made its final five cuts to its world junior roster on Friday, reducing its roster from 27 to a tournament-ready 22.

Forwards Tanner Kaspick and Nick Suzuki were released, as were defencemen Josh Mahura and Mario Ferraro as well as goalie Michael DiPietro.
