patrick chan was terrible last night .... but so was everybody else especially canada's top competition in OAR

yep - said it numerous times and had a bunch of graphics at the bottom and top right saying what else was going on
 
Its all about encouraging the skaters to take risks on their jumps. So you can fall a couple of times and still get decent points. I don't know , I think if you fall more than once , you shouldn't even be close to the medals.
