    Default Post Mortem 2017-18 Season - Molson, Bergevin, players

    Comments from Gallagher and Danault were not very encouraging.

    Gallagher wasn't shy as he went on to say that the problems were recognized right out of camp and nothing got done to fix them.

    Is this a comment towards the coach or GM?

    Danault: We know we're missing a center. We're not crazy, we know it.

    And Byron earlier said that some players were not playing hard every game. Plekanec said some players were not playing defense with enough pride.

    Further from Danault.

    Phillip Danault was very frank about what went wrong this season. It wasn't injuries, it was a lack of focus to start the season that snowballed. "Nobody was as hungry as the year before when we made the playoffs. We can't take anything for granted. That's what happened."

    For sure ... those two more than any other were rather complacent.

    Trades are hard. Stick to playstation, Dano.

    @ChantalMachabee
    J'ai demandé à Max Paciorrety s'il accepterait de jouer sans le C la saison prochaine, sa réponse fut claire: "Non!"

    Fair offers were made to both Radulov and Markov. We extended Price to massive amounts of money. Who knew Pricey couldn't post the .950 save percentage we needed to get us over the hump.

    John Lu

    @JohnLuTSNMtl
    #Habs Pacioretty spoke at length about his future in Montreal. He repeated his desire to stay because of his and his family’s love of the city, but sounded realistic about the possibility of being traded this summer.

    Both. But the team was badly unprepared from day one.

    We have no issue retaining our drafted players . There is no point extending 67 , its pointless and stupid as he gets to his 30`s .

    Team cant win with our without him and the same goes for 31 and 6 .

    This is a hysterical PC. “I want to be clear it wasn’t injuries...but it’s injuries”

    Krusty r u pulling off a Jedi mind trick on our GM?

    No changes in operational personnel have been made yet. Still under evaluation. No quick bloodletting like the Rangers I guess.

    Because Bergevin and Molson are indecisive and gutless. Absolutely hate the ownership.
