Yeah. Some people hate other teams, but there is a clear and major history between the Habs and Bruins that makes them the default rival all the time.

The Leafs and Habs history out dates the majority of this board. At this point you're quite old if you vividly remember that rivalry.

I'm of the opinion that it never really went away.

I still go back and watch Kovalev nailing Darcy Tucker with a nasty elbow from time to time when I need a chuckle.

Just go back and watch Chara murdering Pacioretty, McLaren taking Zednik's head off or Thelven breaking Richer's hand if you need to fuel some anger in your life.

I just cant bring myself to watch a Leafs game unless they play the Habs. The biased TV commentators, even on national broadcasts, the fans that celebrate every goal like it was a cup winning goal...etc...is too much to bear.

Interestingly enough I see less of those annoying Leafs car flags this time around. Maybe they are not fashionable any more. Although with this cold weather, I am still wearing my Habs toque around town and get the dirtiest looks...like WTF are you wearing that now, its the Leafs and the playoffs you dumb ass...LOL

Who?

Also, I have no love for the bruins, I also don't need to fuel any more anger in my life. The entire Habs Bruins rivalry in my lifetime has been some Bruin getting in a cheap shot on some hab.

Toronto Habs have gone back and forth some at least.

Toronto FC, Toronto Raptors, and the Blue jays all don't suck right now, that probably has something to do with it.

Yes and thank God for that, there are enough other sports distractions in the city, I can easily put the Leafs on ignore.

Lucic the sore loser threatening to kill Habs players during the handshake after a series loss. Then Lucic taunting fans at the Bell Centre with a sexual gesture and mimicking raising the Stanley Cup. Bruins fans and racist comments towards Subban.

Why ignore?

I figured salty leafs fans everywhere would be amusing.

I just hate when they win one game , they think they are the best thing since sliced bread. That type of attitude. I find it more annoying that amusing.

I think the Sens are higher up the list than the Flyers or Quebec. Hate the ****ers

I feel more sad for sens fans.

Sandwiched between Habs Nation and Leafs Nation, no cups to their name, owner who is driving the franchise into the ground and they can't sell out their playoff games.

Hard to hate such a sad sack franchise.

They won plenty back in early 20th century...lol
