apparently it's not actually uncommon and prevents cross examinations but yeah still didn't, especially given the judge's conduct during the trial.

and remember manager has another trial coming up.

Oh please, he’s used the N word. I’m willing to bet everyone from his generation has at least once. For Trump to pretend he’s never said it is utter bullshit. Next he’ll claim he never beat off.

but then they decided to throw out all the dems to, for much more minor things.

and of course, the legislature that just impeached them also just spent a million dollars upgrading bathrooms.

The legislature is charged with appropriations though, the justices aren’t. Sure it’s hypocritical but thems the facts.
