Preseason #2 Habs vs Habsy's 2nd team TSN2 RDS 7:30pm

Domi sucker punches Ekblad, busts him open and is likely on his way to a suspension. Good start. [emoji23]
 
Regardless, he looked more composed than some vets and this was a full NHL roster he played against.

Good puck mover, skates well, has a physical element too.

With 8 D under contract , he will go back to junior .

He needs to fill out and have a healthy year and dominate .

Had a string of bad luck with injuries , but he looks to be legit .

I think Fleury is AHL bound this year .
 
Benn needs to go – he was solid when we first acquired him but very meh since.

Go with skating/puck-moving on the backend.
 
If Domi was going to do that it should have at least been to one of the guys running into Price.

Habs players do this often in preseason. Shaw did something just as stupid when he came here.

The pressure to do something is immediate for new Habs players. Hockey players in general aren't smart enough to know how to handle it, so it leads to this crap.

Domi will only be a blip on the Habs radar. He's not part of the long-term plan.
