I figure there has to be more to it. Either D'Artagnan was nailing Hoffman's woman and broke it off, or Hoffman was nailing Melinda, or Melinda broke up with Hoffman's woman/turned her down. I know when women are out to get you, they are brutal, but this is over the top. Even Montresor thinks this is too much and he buried Fortunato alive behind a brick wall and listened to him die.

obviously all emotions are irrational but no one goes postal like that for no reason. In my area of practice, and this shit happens all the time, it only arises when someone has been playing in another's garden

Apparently even in junior when Hoffman was in Hull and they had just won the presidents trophy there were rumblings that his own teammates wanted him gone.

Was he with this women at the time? Or is Hoffman also a not well liked person.

Wonder if this is going to have an effect on his trade value.

Who would want to bring this guy into their "family"

I can't imagine any team wanting to take on a potential team wrecker. He needs to make major changes in his life before another team takes his contract or even to get a new one.

Yeah I've heard a bunch of things about Hoffman being a complete douchebag, all the way back from juniors, but apparently he hasn't changed much.

They have Casey Mittelstadt, so I dont think they need Dubois more than Dahlin.
