GF and I are spending 3 days there following a trip to her parents place in Arizona.

Staying at Ceasars. What should we do?

Anything owned by Steve Wynn is usually excellent. Check out the Cirque du Soleil performance too, I think they operate out of the Bellagio.
 
Ya, Vegas is more of a buddies trip imo.

With the GF, there's still quite a bit to do but expect to pay a lot if you want to eat at nice places and see some shows.

Her parents have a place in Arizona. We're going to spend a few days there for free then take a car into Vegas. Only a 4ish hour drive.

Fly out from there.
 
Nine Fine Irishmen at New York New York was a good time as well. The fish and chips there was fantastic.

As for a club Surrender at the Wynn was pretty awesome.
