Raanta vs Reimer

Robidas a potential scratch

Being I need Chicago to win to cash in on Pro Line; I automatically guarantee this Leafs win as I never win Pro Line lol

Which will serve you right for betting against your club.

Never bet on, or against your club. Only pain and darkness down that path.

Yep. He's #88 in the SEL, and he's wearing #21 in the WJC.

I think Clarkson needs to put his full face protection back on. He's at least an NHL waterboy with that...

Sky is falling.

We have the same strengths and weaknesses as last season, but the strengths are stronger and the weaknesses aren't quite as bad. As long as we don't have a late season Bernier injury that results in .880 goaltending down the stretch, we're a playoff team this year.

MindzEye
12-21-2014, 09:13 PM
I love Phil as much as anyone, but he needs to drive the net with some of these instead of humming 25 foot wristers when he has half a step on the defender.

Yeah, no going to be a lot of margin for error. Read a few pieces recently that using the analytics to project expected points, the Leafs project out to be a 95 point team, on the bubble, but on the right side of the bubble.

Actually more than a little worried that Randy is being given way too much rope again. There's no way Dubas hasn't made Shanny aware of that's lines problems with puck possession.

Why will Boston get it together? They're a pretty mediocre club in a lot of indicators this year.

Relax people. Last week I told you a slump was coming, well pull up a chair. Every team goes through them.

I don't see Boston underachieving. They are the slowest NHL team, Chara is a shadow of his former self, and they're not that good.

Blueman

I think Boston's mediocre performance can directly be attributed to losing a couple of players and then to missing Chara for a few weeks.

With Chara back, I see them going on a roll again.
