I wouldn't be surprised to see a Sandin-Ceci bottom pair in this one.

The super-line concept has worked pretty well for Boston in the playoffs, and it sure as hell worked pretty good for us last night. I also think we've got enough forward depth that stacking the first line doesn't really hurt the other three lines a whole lot.

None of them are liabilities, and lines #2 & 3 especially should still represent a threat to score:


Nylander/Tavares - Auston Matthews - Mitch Marner
Ilya Mikheyev - Tavares/Nylander - Zach Hyman
Nick Robertson - Alex Kerfoot - Kasperi Kapanen
Kyle Clifford - Pierre Engvall - Jason Spezza


And yeah, enough of fucking Barrie on PP1. Reminds me of having Dion Phaneuf back there, loading up with the big point shot that always gets blocked or goes wide of the net. Rielly's puck-moving is a much better fit for our top guys on the PP.

We don't typically generate much net front presence for point shots anyways so it ends up being a waste.

Good luck and have a safe trip, zeker. I have taken a couple of my nephews on their first canoe trip many years back. They were in awe of the backwoods experience.
