If Romanov were steadily progressing, would likely have been done by now, but he’s having issues (which is normal for a 20-year old), Kulak simply isn’t reliable and Mete is well....Mete, so there are no other options at present except Romanov

The D needs a juggle and thinking waiting on it will miraculously fix the current lineup isn't the way to go but it's Ducharme's job now and his process seems slow and methodical, at least to him.
