Just saw the hit on Canucks Philip Larsen from Devils Taylor Hall and it was a rough but legal hit in my opinion. Larsen was definitely knocked out before he hit the ice and the whole thing was pretty scary including having to be taken off on a stretcher.

Tonight's match up between Edmonton and Buffalo should be fun to watch. The top 2 draft picks from 2 seasons ago will go against each other. Both are amazing to watch on the ice.

Just as the Boston Bruins got back Big Z they will lose LW Matt Beleskey for 6 weeks from a knee injury which he got in the game against the Panthers.

Jack Eichel skated off the ice in extreme pain and could hardly put weight on his recently healed ankle. He stayed on the bench but was in visible pain. He then came out for 1 short shift in the 2nd Period and then I haven't seen him return to the ice since then.

For me it has to be Minnesota Wild Zach Parise. I had to opportunity to meet him at Fan Day and not only is he a fantastic player, but he is also a very nice guy.

Young Center Alex Galchenyuk left last nights game with a lower body injury and now has been listed with the dreaded out indefinitely status. This is going to be a big loss for the Habs in my opinion because Galchenyuk has been looking like he was about to breakout. Hopefully he won't be out too...

The leafs have placed Enroth on Waivers today. I am kind of shocked by this move. I know that they have been riding Freddy Andersen and he has been doing better, but I wasn't really expecting this move.
