The Yankees were represented by 1B Peter O'Brien (USA) and RHP Luis Severino (World) at the 2014 Futures Game.

• O'Brien went 0-for-2 with two strikeouts.
• Severino pitched a scoreless inning, allowing one hit and striking out the power hitting Joey Gallo.
 
Three Yankees were selected for the 2014 All-Star Game: Derek Jeter, Masahiro Tanaka and Dellin Betances.

Only Jeter participated in the game, batting leadoff and playing shortstop – he went 2-for-2 with a double and a run scored before being lifted in the top of the fourth.
