How does the prospect expiration work? How many games played constitute a year? Is it 3 years?
 
To be protected by rookie status the player had to be drafted in our pervious rookie drafts if I'm not mistaken
 
Yeah, guys you drafted the last 2 years (we are starting the Rookie Draft right now, for the 3rd group of rookie keepers, and you're now on the clock for your pick), provided they weren't traded. # of games played doesn't matter, so you can just double-check who you picked in the 2015 and 2014 Rookie Draft threads.
 
Ok, that helps. So someone like Leveon Bell isn't a rookie anymore even though he only played six games last season. I'll have my keepers up in the morning. I'll go make my rookie pick now.
 
I took over a team so I have no clue who was picked or who I took the team over from.
