Yeah, she’s not a good (small S) speaker. But (big S) “Speaker” is a misnomer, she’s the “House Majority Leader”, and by all accounts she’s a tough customer and knows what she’s doing.

I thought they should have someone else do response, but who? It potentially gets into 2020 primary territory, so I’m not sure they had much choice.
