In out years, the AAV is $6.996M.

In year two, base salary is $700K, SB of $8.3M.

In remaining years, $2.5M in base salary plus $3.5M SB.

Yup. Willy's agent knee dubas had to eventually agree to this deal. Would have been a huge blunder if he didn't. This is as good as either side could have done. Everyone wins.

The number is a lot closer to the Leafs original ask than Nylander (8.5)
