I just heard this on the radio. Can you believe it? They are citing financial concerns and want to make room for other activities.

I personally love the Sign and have spent many afternoons and/or evenings there with my family. This one hurts me deeply.

Goodbye, Toronto Sign, and thank you for all the memories. ✌️

well Gordon, after you and the little metatarsals dry your eyes, it might be time to start pounding the pavement. Putting in the legwork to find a new landmark could be just the thing clan Wallace needs to regain the spring in their step.

I can't find if this is true or not -- a link would be helpful.

People complained when it got put up, and now people will complain IF it gets taken down.

I know everyone is upset but there is no reason to lash out at the "OP." I will be starting a petition this afternoon to try to have this egregious decision overturned.
