Looks like Dubas is getting busy on the house-cleaning now that the Nylander negotiations are out of the way.
To recap on Scott---the Leafs drafted him in the 4th round in 2017, and he would have re-entered the draft this year had the Leafs not signed him.

He's also currently in a two-way battle with Vancouver prospect Michael DiPietro for the starting position for Canada's World Junior team.
Based on the smoking wreck that is the Marlies current goaltending picture, we can expect him to join the Marlies as soon as his current season is over, as well as have a good chance of being their starter next season.
