Game 62 - Toronto Maple Leafs @ Montreal Canadiens - SAT FEB 23RD 7:00 EST

Re: Game 56 - Toronto Maple Leafs @ Montreal Canadiens - SAT FEB 9TH 7:00 EST

Leafs entering zone with ease. And no outlet movement from us in our zone at all.Leafs just kept it in for multiple chances. We very very unimpressive that period, seemd to lose poise completely after Leafs scored.

Love that toe drag by Kotkaniemi at his own blueline. Such a smart play for an 18 year old.

Too bad Lehkonen has such limited finesse to complimet JK...Armia does the dirty work to perfection but you gotta give Jk a skilled player

It wasnt that bad, we had our fair share of chances but I agree we need to tighten up on D

Let’s upgrade so someone moves down the line to give KK a line mate.

One thing about these Leafs there is really zero physicality

What happened to the mighty PP of the Leafs?

Turning pucks over in the neutral zone

Disagree - they use Red Wings type physicality which Babcock brought over, good at pick plays, their big body players angle opposing players out of play properly (like McDermott and Hainsey have been doing) - DLo & Chaput’s physicality is completely meaningless since they can’t keep pace and are being eaten alive by Leafs 4th line

3/4 points so far against two good teams. So far so good in this horrid 4 game stretch

The fourth line lost the game for the Habs. I’m not overly concerned with losing in the gimmick OT. There is no 3 on 3 in the playoffs. The boys skated with the Leafs, it would make a great series.

Yah, maybe. I dunno. Andersen let in some feeble goals.

Re: Game 56 - Toronto Maple Leafs @ Montreal Canadiens - SAT FEB 9TH 7:00 EST

Having a shit powerplay lost the game for the habs.

4-3 in overtime and they couldn't even set up. Most 4-3 powerplays in overtime finish the game. The habs dick around for a minute and a half and let marner and tavares finish the game.

Making the post season will be fun, but this team isn't going anywhere with this powerplay.

This one is on Julien. PP with Arnia to start the OT? Then follow it up with Danault and Lehkonen? Come on now.
