Also kinda funny that, except for his brief unwilling captivity in Columbus, Panarin’s career is just him doing a tour of all the most major US cities.

Only reason a nobody like Sherwood got more was that he could have been traded anywhere. Seems like Panarin demanded to be traded to only one team (Kings). Rangers didn't have much leverage.
