Leaf Killer Eric Staal is out, so that should be a good thing.

Ward is also out, but that's probably a bad thing, because his backups have been way way better than him.

If we lose, we drop out of a playoff spot.

I was always totally baffled how anyone figured that guy was anything more than great 3rd line center and OK 2nd line center that's good for 40-50 points. A combination of wishful thinking and reading too much into his last name.

I think Randy is challenging Nonis to fire him. Nonis challenged him by sending down Holland, now he's firing back with Fraser.

Too much skill in the lineup with Gardiner, need to give the 'Canes a chance. How bad do the Leafs need to fall on their faces to fire Randy? Would missing the playoffs be enough, 'cause our young players' progression has really stagnated this year.
 
Totally frustrating to be a fan of this team this season. Such questionable coaching calls its unreal
 
Nonis may be willing to wait longer than Tim L would. If things are not going right Tim L will make the call and get things done.
