I loved Damphousse as a Leaf so much. I was so sad they traded him, but even so, those were exciting times.

Yeah, some serious questions need to be asked there this off season. Spider is going into his last guaranteed year, Harden is on a player option that I doubt he exercises. They might need to hit the reset button on all of this.

This off season is going to be pretty fascinating. Giannis, Lebron, AD, Harden, Spider, KD, Kawhi, Sabonis, Jimmy, Kyrie....all with situations that are up in the air.

Mostly, but not entirely. Also though, they're geezers who can still change the the competitive balance of the conferences if things swing a certain way. For example, but if Cleveland goes all in? Harden opt in & trade for Kyrie, Lebron signs on the cheap (which has been rumoured as a thing that could happen). Miami has enough non Bam salary & trade exemptions to make Giannis & Kawhi with Bam work. These old men are still good and could easily have a title in them if they're in the right situation.

I agree. None of these guys are rinsed, and with load management/proper deployment they are great bets
