I am old and Id prefer to take care of my knees and hips rather than abuse them to the point where I need to have them surgically replaced.
I have a torn meniscus in my knee from tennis so i can understand that.
I know you are significantly older than I am, but I have no knee problems whatsoever, treadmill at 12 incline is easy for me
