Would anyone do Price and Galchenyuk for Draisaitl and Talbot? Maybe the OIlers want to shore up their goaltending.

Its sad to say for a team that has had as many top three picks in the last ten years but if they give Draisaitl for a goalie or a dman hypothetically this team doesnt look too deep with offensive talent.

Your looking at RNH, Maroon, Lucic as a supporting cast for Mcdavid

Yeah,

The time to have traded Price was this summer to Calgary who were once again looking for goaltending.

With that defense corp and Price they would have been pretty well set up from the back end

Nope. It was two years ago when Price had two years left on his contract.

You can't trade a player with one year on his deal and expect good value.

Not bad but the problem is we would again of ****ed over someone who agrees to sign with us before the NMC kicks in. Who worth his salt would ever sign with us again?

If we offer enough money, they'll sign. Price did, even after PK was moved before his NTC kicked in.

Per Friedman MBs likely interested in Isles former 2013 1st rounder Ryan Pulock - who was protected in the expansion draft but has yet to see game action.

That would be such an MB type move...
