Likely low probability of manifestation but it seems evident one aspect of HuGos “culture” focus is to break that barrier that has existed forever now…. getting NHL established top end talent to not balk at coming to play for Habs.

If there ever was one player who could help break the ice and conditions being right to lure (maximizing earning$, playing for a coach who he openly states is his mentor & remains close to etc.), Stamkos is that opportunity….or he may just reup in TBay for all we know

We need to publicly inquire on Crosby. Not that they'll ever trade him but then again, Gretzky got traded a couple of times.

Dont break the barrier , all your doing is overpaying aging vets in UFA

Mosty mistakes are made in July

Draft/ develop and resign your own players

$12M-$13M per ($1M salary + rest bonus) on a max 2-year deal is not in anyway an “overpayment” for Stamkos

Boosting the Dach line to provide more team offense only helps overall development of the young players… playing more meaningful games

12-13 per year ? fuck that

Habs need players to work with , not leave in a year or 2

This isnt TB with elite stars to pad his stats

How do you help take Dach & Newhook to the next level? I think Stamkos would help
