Funny how our big three can't offer anything like this. We need the borders opened up to bring some REAL providers and services up here.
Canadians have been getting the high hard one on cell / data charges forever.
I have a T-Mobile sim card, and in Europe I can get unlimited roaming data (2G speed mind you) almost everywhere for $80 USD a month. Certainly good enough to check emails and facebook or whatever.
The Bell roaming packages are brutal.

It's far better value to buy a local SIM for $10 - 20 Euros and get your 1-5 GB of 3G / LTE data per month.
It's really not even close to competitive.
If it was even in the same ballpark as T-Mobile, I would have gone for it, but I'm with Bell, and they are totally useless.
I can't believe they've been allowed to get away with the bullshit they've been pulling forever.
Anyone else ever get a quote for a Yellow Pages ad before they went extinct?
It's truly unbelievable.
