I knew the Jays were probably due for some injuries this season after having good health the two prior years but this is nuts.

I'm guessing Coghlan's is a semi-fake injury. Might be wrong about it, but I'm guessing he basically sits for a week, then goes to play some rehab games in the minors, basically until either we feel that Smith can't handle MLB duties or we get another position player injury.
