You can blame Therrien all you want (and he certainly deserves his part), Bergevin is the one responsible for giving him the players and he certainly didn't help him. Another coach will not suddenly materialize 2 more top 6 forwards.

But even a semi -competent coach will improve the PP. MT should be fired just for not focusing on improving PP, after Price went down. That in itself would've guaranteed a playoff birth, and has nothing to do with MB's lack of asset addition.

According to many here, Beard gets him good players but Mad Mike misuses them and forces a trade on Beard.
