I mean, Luke Tuch's a soon-to-be 22 year old Senior who never got to a 0.5PPG in the NCAA. His size is nice and his style of play is nice, but he's a run of the mill prospect that every team has.

We'll see how he looks when he turns pro, but I'm not going to get all that worked up about a hot start.

His worth goes beyond his point totals and he's a player whose play is valued. If he wasn't valued, he wouldn't have been invited to the World Championships to represent America. Similar to when Jake Evans was invited to play for Canada at the Spengler Cup during his Senior year at Notre Dame. Luke Tuch's style is that of a depth, energy forward.

the size bias in hockey futures is laughable -- any time a big guy goes on a two week "hot" streak, everyone gets super bullish....like a biotech startup with a few decent test results

I have zero hope Tuch will be anything at the nhl level

I've seen Tuch play in person a few times and found him mostly unnoticeable but . . . players can improve, even in their 20's.
