It’s not about the value of the deal apparently - it’s how the contract is structured.
Hutson wants “pay me now” front loaded deal vs HuGo’s deferred contract to lower AAV 5-10%
Can’t recall info of a single contract that’s been leaked during HuGos tenure, this tells me the deal is close to done … maybe even today.
I’ll maintain it’ll be below $9M AAV
