One attribute that has carried over from juniors for Lafreniere is the willingness to engage physically for puck battles and driving the net. He lacks high end pace & is defensively deficient but so was Caufield a couple of years back and has improved remarkably under MSLs tutelage

This has ''Tavares to Leafs'' written all over it.....we don't need to spend 7.5M cap space on another winger....Laffy has played with very talented players in NY, and has yet to ''wow''

I'd leave cap space in case a top C comes on the market...you never know

Well Hughes did volunteer at PC, he expected Pens to be rebuilding this year and they’re sitting in a playoff spot…

Basically HuGo left cap space open for Sid…that’s how I read it

not questioning JT at all...if anything, he's one of the rare players that played well until the end of his contract....the point was the Leafs didn't need another forward, they needed more quality dmen/depth/goalies.....not another top forward, especially not at 11M

Dobes' stats are almost league average, if you can believe it. The Anaheim D is bad, however, and their forwards don't backcheck that well.
