Playoff GDT | Game #2 | at Lightning | Tuesday, April 21st 2026 7:00 PM EST Puck Drop

Who did they draft with those picks?

you know that's not how you appraise trades, bubba....my point is that Hagel was considered quite valuable when they traded him, so Hawks deserve credit for turning a run of the mill Xhekaj type roster invite into multiple quality assets

I know. They got good assets. I was just curious what they turned them into and as per Google AI it was Oliver Moore and Sacha Boisvert.

it's convoluted because they ended up trading one of the picks to move up earlier

So the true final haul looks like:

Players received directly

  • Taylor Raddysh
  • Boris Katchouk
Prospects/picks that materialized

  • Oliver Moore (2023 1st)
  • Sacha Boisvert (via 2024 1st)

The latter two fit their timeline better than Hagel.

As I posted last night, you could tell from energy, body language, cohesion, line changes, brain cramps and a whole bunch of other signals not requiring data to see that they just deflated after the tying goal. It was clear to the eye. That’s why I posted that I didn’t have a good feeling about this one. It was the polar opposite of Sunday.

Remember, we were the ones that tied it late on Sunday, and it gave us the boost. That error by Slaf is something he will learn from. Guaranteed he was beating himself up over it. Remember though, we don’t win Sunday without Slaf, we take the bad with the good.

I don't think MSL would have came out to defend Dach the way he did, if it wasn't to play him Game 3....so maybe Dach plays next game. Or else it's kinda pointless for Marty to spend time defending him multiple times like he did.

Unless it was more to show his players that he will always have their backs, and protect them in the media ? Maybe.....but players already know that he's got their backs.

I’m sure there was a segment who put $ down on Habs winning in OT from the younger persuasion who view Dach as the culprit for the lo$$$
I remember Graham Delaet attacking back at ppl on Twitter because of fantasy sports. That was a decade ago. Worse now.

And no. Nobody knows who that is (often injured Canadian pga golfer.... His caddy was a hab fan )

Even if I attributed the loss to Dach (I don’t) what is the point of letting him know?

as if he doesn’t know what happened

Also, these guys need to put their social media on private mode
