Even a minor slip in physical ability will affect reflexes , timing , etc...

It’s like a skater losing half a step , makes a difference .

I think those knee and hip injuries may have taken a toll as well as his mental state .
 
It's happened before.....in the end, the new coach has 2/3 of the season left to secure his future in this league. If Allen gives him more chances to win, he will play Allen.

Unless the GM tells the coach which goalie to play.....but that sort of way of doing business never works out

I look at it in a glass half full manner, how screwed would this team be right now if there was no Allen to fill in even for week-to-10 days while Price redeems himself..

When you bring in those vets it is meant to add to your team`s depth , not carry the fukin team out of a shit season

Just shows rest of the pieces arent good enough
